Feature Request: Publish Standard:7.0 to ECR

Could you please publish the Standard:7.0 image to the public ECR? I rely on local CodeBuild for development and testing, and having the latest image in ECR would make it much easier to align my local builds with what runs in AWS.

I tried building the 7.0 image locally from this repo, but it fails on my setup (Apple Silicon).
