[Build] Sommelier fails to build, upstream issue

Ref: NixOS/nixpkgs#332332

Changes in upstream have made building with graphics (i.e. #graphics neverball) fail due to sommelier tests failing.

I'm not too familiar with nix, is there a way to have a working version by using older packages or so? I'd like to test this out.

Hello, are there plans by @astro fixing this issue to have #microvm working with graphics? If there are no plans to do so, it would be nice to remove that feature. Thank you for working on @astro/microvm
