1. Launch v141, Load Nintendo -> Super Famicom, select SuFami Turbo (Japan).sfc
2. When prompted to Load Sufami Turbo Game (slot A), select SD Gundam Generation - Axis Senki (Japan).st
3. When prompted to Load Sufami Turbo Game (slot A), select cancel to skip slot B load.
4. Game starts successfully.
5. Unload game. RAM is saved to disk.
6. Load Nintendo -> Super Famicom, select SuFami Turbo (Japan).sfc
7. When prompted to Load Sufami Turbo Game (slot A), select SD Gundam Generation - Colony Kakutouki (Japan).st
8. When prompted to Load Sufami Turbo Game (slot A), select cancel to skip slot B load.
9. Game starts successfully.
10. Unload game. RAM is saved to disk.
11. Load Nintendo -> Super Famicom, select SuFami Turbo (Japan).sfc
12. When prompted to Load Sufami Turbo Game (slot A), select SD Gundam Generation - Colony Kakutouki (Japan).st
13. When prompted to Load Sufami Turbo Game (slot B), select SD Gundam Generation - Axis Senki (Japan).st
14. Sufami Turbo error screen is produced regarding slot B.

If steps 12 and 13 are reversed, a different error screen is produced.
