Feature Request: Connect to an Aquarium instance in read-only mode

As a user, it would be reassuring if there were a way to connect to an Aquarium instance in some sort of read-only mode which allowed the user to fetch data but not edit objects, submit plans, etc. This would allow users to write data collection scripts without the fear of accidentally modifying Aquarium's database.
