Default permission on /usr/libexec is 755 (rwxr-xr-x) in the current openSUSE Tumbleweed (2024-12-15).
When installing openiked, the permission is changed to 700 (rwx------).
This causes the system to stuck when starting polkit.service with the error:
polkit.service: Failed to execute /usr/libexec/polkit-1/polkitd: Permission denied
Manually resetting permissions to 755 for /usr/libexec solve the problem.
Is there a reason to change the permission to 700 for the /usr/libexec?
