Using snmp(1) instead of snmpwalk(1) as a backend on OpenBSD #1

Right now snmpwalk(1) is used as a backend on GNU/Linux and OpenBSD systems.
On OpenBSD snmpwalk(1) should be installed separately (net-snmp port) as a dependency. It would be nice to provide support for native snmp(1) client and use it instead of snmwalk(1).
