add problem - Story 4.4

As a Lecturer/TA, I should be able to specify a problem

• Creating a view for problem page &problem edit page
• Insert into Problems table
• Retrieve list of problems into track page
• Documentation of methods

Success Demos

• Choose a course from ""Courses"" list in the homepage of the TA.
• A list will appear containing all the topics included in the course chosen.
• Choose a certain topic.
• The page will be redirect to the 'tracks and problems' page.The tracks of the topic will appear
• Click on a certain track
• A List of all the problems added to the track will appear.
• Click on 'Add Problem button.
• The TA is navigated to the 'Edit Problem' Page
• The TA is asked to filled the required fields** following certain conventions**
• The initialized required fields are problem's course, topic and track depending on the path taken by the TA
• The first two fields are problem title and description.
• When the TA is done click on 'add' and he will be redirected to complete in the edit problem page."

Failure Demos

• The title already exists: the TA is notified with a text under the title field that the title already exists
