For example

Create baseline of an EWS or HMI; systems without AV
Exclude data files
Create dataset file from baseline
Periodic verification if any binaries have changed

Requires

Script to create baseline and transform to dataset
What to set as "source"? Site-name?
Script to verify on regular basis + reporting
Procedure

This could be already partially supported by https://github.com/hashlookup/hashlookup-json-importer - maybe we could update it a bit to add additional meta.
