This situation does not occur under normal operating conditions of the program, so you should describe in as much detail as possible what needs to be done to reproduce this problem, because everything is fine for me.
What operating system do you use? (Version and bit depth)
How do you run TCP? (exe file, shortcut, BAT/CMD, task scheduler, Run section in the Windows registry, as a service through third-party applications, etc.)
How does a reboot happen? Planned or sudden (RESET button/power off)
Do you have write rights to the program directory? The Windows/Program Files directories and other system directories require running TCP as an administrator.
What account are you running TCP under? User or system (NT Service\TrustedInstaller, NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService, NT AUTHORITY\LocalService, NT AUTHORITY\LocalSystem, etc.)
What TCP settings did you change and how? (via the interface, by editing the torrc/settings.ini files). Not all text editors support long lines and can cut off part of the config and change the encoding of files when saving.
If you yourself compiled TCP from source code, did you change it? What is the directory structure and file placement of the Tor Expert Bundle? Do you encounter any problems when using ready-made distributions from releases?
Does the TCP directory path contain national characters? If yes, then in the file system settings you should enable support for short names in the 8dot3 format.
Are you running TCP from a local machine or from a remote/virtual machine via network drives?
Do you use RAM disks to store the program and its files?
Russian is the default built-in language of the program. If the program does not find the Translations.ini file in the program directory, then it uses the Russian language. If the program does not find the ./Translations.ini or ./tor/tor.exe files at startup, then most likely they do not exist or the program’s working directory is defined incorrectly. The problem can also occur when you try to start a program using non-standard methods with incorrect parameters (for example, when you try to start TCP as a Windows service through third-party programs). TCP is not a service, but a GUI application.
