Line Up/Down

It would be nice if there was a way to move from First Line Diff to Last Line Diff in a diff group. Currently, it only moves either line by line (via up/down arrows) or diff group by diff group. I have a need to see both the first and last line change in a group and the next diff option moves too far down when the diff groups or equal groups are large.

There would be no need to add new buttons if it can be configured in the preferences.

For simplicity's sake, going from first line diff to first line equal also works ... in case of alternate row differences.
