WinMerge and veraPDF

Hello,

The idea is to make WinMerge Scan a folder like it already do. but use VeraPDF to validade if the PDF files are saved in one of the many versions of the PDF/a Format, if not mark them so it can be converted.

If converted manually one by one or in bulk, that is another challenge that not even VeraPDF is able to do now.

But just by doing the PDF/A Validation, it could be usefull to scan an original folder, mark the pdf/a files ready to copy them for another directory for paperless and only digital arquives.

I belive that the search for a software that scan, validates and convert files to PDFa will increase and WinMerge and veraPDF have 2/3 of the job done, only missing the 1/3 of coverting the files format to the final PDFa standart to complete the cicle, save->validade->converte_if_needed->arquive_it
