Release uffizzi-cli as uffizzi gem

The uffizzi CLI is available as rubygems as uffizzi-cli and can be installed as gem install uffizzi-cli and will be listed as uffizzi-cli by gem list. However when the uffizzi-cli is called, the host system cannot find the binary, because it's called uffizzi, which is confusing for users. We need to release the gem to the rubygems as uffizzi.
