Support for the FC3000 IPS Version

What are the chances of getting the FC3000 IPS Version added to the supported consoles? From the pictures, it looks like a clone of the FC3000 might be supported, but given that the model isn't listed, I've not dug any further.

I'd found this old reddit post linking to a thread indicating that there might be some effort towards making that happen on @steward-fu github; but his repo is 404ing now. I assume this repo was just to replace his as more contributors joined?

It'd be really awesome to have this functionality; as the FC3000 seems to be the 'best of the cheapest' from what I can find. Perfect for super young children who will most assuredly break it.

For anyone stumbling on this, I'm assuming that support probably won't be added here, as there is an alternate option with support for the IPS version on a different firmware by some of the same people it looks like?
