Improve Acknowledgements for Resales

The acknowledgment story is a bit more involved for resales than sales. Primarily, there are the artist(s) that receive royalties and they cannot thank the purchaser who is sending them the royalties. We want to improve this feature so that all parties can contribute to the conversation.
