I am experiencing the same issue even when the Window is not maximized. The Window titlebar is completely missing. I'm using flatpak on Fedora 40 and GNOME 46.5.

something wrong with 4.10.2, 4.10.1 works ok, downgraded with flatpak: flatpak update --commit=c843b9af7386d684138de4db23a310ff6d549ce601931d621c3603e61da47b30 io.github.spacingbat3.webcord

Try using something else than Flatpak. Flatpaks ain't supported as of themselves on my side, I might only fix issues related to the builds I provide (which might have more direct access to resource, and that itself might be a difference that causes some bugs to happen on Flatpaks but nowhere else).
