shell casings are coming from odd locations #875

for most units the spent casings are coming out of the barrel of the guns instead of somewhere more sensible like the rear

The problems are:

Moving it to another spot makes them pretty much invisible
Having a sensible position for each mg type is nothing i want to do
You would need to do this for firing down and up as well, which is even more tedious

For those 3 reasons the position is currently simply relative to the mg-fire animation.
