Missing alt tags

There are a couple places where there are missing alt attributes on images. The foundations/strategy page is one of those, all 4 images in the "Applying our parent brand strategy" section do not have the alt attribute. This is an accessibility error that we should avoid. We should resolve these prior to launching in production.

Long term implementation of a plugin such as eleventy-img will error out if an alt tag is missing. Which is how I found these. #38
