Current Situation:

• I am an activated user
• Currently have 9 lists created
• Following approximately 50 RSS feeds
• Total subscriptions (lists + RSS feeds) are well under 500

Issue:
When attempting to create a 10th list, I receive the error:
Failed to create list. Subscription limit exceeded

Context:
According to the official announcement (X post from Oct 24, 2024), activated users have a subscription limit of 500. However, my total number of subscriptions (9 lists + ~50 RSS feeds = ~60 total) is significantly below this limit.

Questions:

1. Is there a separate limit specifically for the number of lists an activated user can create?
2. If yes, what is this limit?
3. Is this a distinct limit from the overall 500 subscription limit?
