play button not working

Did you download a version? The play button will only enable once you have downloaded a version and selected it in the top box.

I don't understand anymore how this works!

I thought the program detects the installed version and then updates it when you download a new one.
I already have installed 0.4.15, so why do I need to download it again?
Where does it install the version you download?

It won't detect an installed not downloaded by the launcher. It installs it to documents/OpenRCT2/bin
