module handles more than only modules config #12

We need to make it clear that this module does not only handle module-configs.

@rezonanc-oxid did already some work related to this: 5d6310c#diff-04c6e90faac2675aa89e2176d2eec7d8

Things to do:

rename module (oxid_modules_config -> oxid_config ?)

oxid_modules_config/metadata.php
