Description

Error when trying to do npm start

Error:
Cannot find module './dll/libs-manifest.json'

Steps to reproduce

git clone this repo, cd into budgeting folder
ran npm install and then npm start

Observed Behavior

Expected Behavior

I expect webpack dev server to start.
