I applied the MarathiCursiveT fonts on Devanagari text. However for some characters such as डी गु only style changes and gives an appearance like Modi. Which are not converted to Modi characters.

Please guide me write characters in Modi style using the above mentioned font.

In Modi script, there are different letter forms of the same letter. In fact the drawing styles have changed and evolved over time. As there is no a single standard of writing Modi, people write the text in different ways, where all of those are valid ways.

This is applicable especially for the letters you mentioned. Some people write these letters just like devanagari, while some write them differently, by streching vowel characters over to the shirorekha. Both of the letter forms are valid.
