Projects not loading on older Android tablet

Describe the bug
freespeechaac.com/app/dashboard/projects only shows top menu (Home, Edit, Settings), but doesn't show any projects to pick. Going to the same link on my current Android phone shows the 2 Projects I have in the account. I was able to login in fine.

No OS updates are available.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to freespeechaac.com/app/dashboard/projects
2. Login
3. Page with missing projects loads

Expected behavior
This page is showing 2 Projects to choose from.
