[IDEA] SoX support

SoX (http://sox.sourceforge.net) is a cross-platform (Windows, Linux, MacOS X, etc.) command line utility that can convert various formats of computer audio files in to other formats. It can also apply various effects to these sound files, and, as an added bonus, SoX can play and record audio files on most platforms.

SoX would be able to convert absolutely any sample to be compatible with Piggy tracker, and would allow for great amount of post processing (basic example is importing a wonky stereo file that has one side louder - Having SoX and integrating it into instrument editor would allow to normalize/compress/clip both sides of the stereo sample, or however else user decides to fix the issue)

I believe this would be huge game changer for Piggy Tracker!
