BUG: Always-on VPN dropped connection

If you lose your WiFi/mobile Internet connection(moving around the city for example), the Internet stops working, although there is a notification that the VPN is connected, until you manually reboot VPN - it does not work
How to fix it ? The connection should autoconnect without leak IP

Options enabled:
VPN -> Always-on VPN
VPN -> Block connections without VPN

NekoBoxset up option "Auto connect" and "Service mode = VPN"
