Windows Vista servicing relies on a set of distinct tools like pkgmgr.exe, PEimg.exe, imageX.exe, ...

The present idea is to implement into a DISM compatible API Vista images servicing.

This implementation will leverage as much as possible existing tools from Windows AIK, including imagecat.exe
