We're using this plugin on one of our buildslaves which has a huge amount of images (>2500). After a certain threshold, the plugin stops provisioning any containers.

There seems to be an related issue with the underlying Docker-Java plugin (docker-java/docker-java#977). But that one is with containers, this is with images.

Manage Old Data: No old data present
Infrastructure: One master, with 10 slaves. One slave with huge amount of docker images present
Docker host version: 18.09.1, build 20b67756d0
Docker host OS: Windows server 2016
Plugin versions:

  • Docker 1.1.5
  • Docker API plugin: 3.0.14
  • Docker Commons Plugin: 1.13
  • Docker Pipeline: 1.17
  • Docker Slaves Plugin: 1.0.7
  • Yet Another Docker: 0.1.0-rc49

Stacktrace: https://gist.github.com/thommy101/f5085a92116baf10c28e709866caa290

If you need any more information, let me know!

i tried update docker-java, but it fails because junixsocket included java 9 bytecode class. Needs more investigation.
