Description:

If a status exists in the desinged EAP, we add the status from the model to the class/property. However, if there is no status defined, we fallback to the status of the publication as a whole. This is done in one of the latter stages of the toolchain 4.0, which means it won't be present in the generated rdf, for example. @bertvannuffelen opted to add the status from the publication itself in post-processing, but maybe it could be handy at some point to have the option to do it in the oslo-converter. Something to discuss.
