~~Have user pass video/annotation path to the scripts instead of paths to folders containing multiple video/annotation files.~~

It may be easier for the user to arrange folders than make a script to pass paths.

have miniscene2annotation take folders
have a function that takes paths in case user wants to pass specific paths
