Update .zendo.json instructions/references

For pybioclip we followed the format set up in Andromeda to add a .zenodo.json, but the auto-update to Zenodo failed on the metadata (issue). We should update directions in the guide accordingly (see pybioclip PR to fix the issue--once we're sure this works).
