open_proxy是指获取网络数据时采用代理进行访问，这是为了避免当前ip被限制访问的情况。github访问结果的代理手动修改访问地址即可。 |

open_proxy 这个开启代理应该是指在github.com域名前加前缀的访问式代理吧
能不能加个http代理啊，可以自己设置的代理地址
