Balance breakdown per account

Per account, there is no way to figure out the composition of the balance between user commands, snark work, and block production.

This is a large issue. We don't have a way of presenting a unified view that accounts for the balance. Currently, all tabs need to be integrated manually to be able to do accounting on the current balance. This is a very arduous task for any user, should they want to do so.

I have argued with the team that this is a view on the data that the indexer should support as a first class concept. It is being considered.
