Windows defender finds a threat too. Wonder what is causing this?

Yea unfortunately several antivirus solutions incorrectly detect any exe built with pyinstaller as malware. Unfortunately it's really up to the antivirus defenders to build better products. I've signed the executable with certificate from Sectigo that includes my real name if it's something that you're worried about. Alternatively you can try to build the app from the source code using the build.bat file in the code repo.
