Add a set of flask api endpoints so that its easy to integrate web ui

I suggest adding a simple set of flask API endpoints which a future web UI could use it will also make integrating with any other services easy if someone wishes to use this project that way. I'm happy to implement this idea as well and provide a PR if thats something you guys think fits this projects vison

as it's not our priority, go ahead with it, but for sure to avoid merge conflicts it needs a little organization of how to implement flask our fastapi stuff. I'm constantly working on fixing bugs and improving eb2ab which mostly in functions.py. also keep in mind that we develop it as multiprocessing so threading cannot be used.
