Coinbase Error on BuyLimitOrder (Failed to receive an order update (4 attempts)...) #2821

ENV: Docker running on Synology NAS (DSM 7.2.2)
Python: 3.10.12

Encountering errors in the utilization of Coinbase. When Octobot 2.0.7 boots, this error presents as a notification:

Failed to receive an order update (27 attempts). Retrying in 2 seconds. This works but is unexpected on coinbase. Please report it if you see it.

After some time, it errors stating Order state is still pending after 60s and 27 retries. Something is wrong.

Expected behavior
Previously, this error did not present itself. Expected behavior is for the Coinbase connector to function without error.
