Steps to reproduce

  1. open example post in app --> this post
  2. at the end of post in discord invite link that's not showing in embed format
  3. open post in reddit website
  4. in reddit website is showing normally

Expected behaviour

should showing same format (embed link) as reddit website present.

Current behaviour

It didn't show embed link format because having r/... in title link and showing that as jump to subreddit instead.

This will include ) at the end of embed link formatting ([...](...)) as url address also.
