[BUG] Upscale error

I got an upscale error telling me to report it on GitHub

hmm i just commented 'verbose" in decoding method out and restarted it worked

me again with avi it worked, just had to remove verbose for some reason

this is caused by moviepy update 2.0 made yeasterday,
removing verbose is the correct fix.
