The initial pass at the Getting Involved page does some light touching on code contributions and doesn't cover general "community building" that people can get involved in, whether that's talking on our Budgie Desktop discussions section, helping with support in Matrix, getting involved in the projects that ship Budgie Desktop to better promote those user experiences over their counterparts using other DEs, etc...
