When I click a link, or launch Browsers, I'd obviously want it to appear on my current virtual desktop, and to be visible. Instead, it has started always opening on Desktop 7 and hiding behind the Vivaldi PWA that's already running there for Apple Music.
I've tried setting this window rule:
but it still appears only on Desktop 7 and is positioned under the window. It doesn't show in the task manager at the bottom of the screen, meaning I have to spelunk through the task switcher to find it.
Is there a way to have it appear in front of the other windows on the current desktop, or at least to force itself over all windows and appear on all desktops?
I'm running Kubuntu 24.04, which is running Plasma 5 (at the moment I can't quite remember how to find the exact version).
