What happened?

The 'No Container' and 'Manage containers' label positions are too close to their icons (see 2 on the attached image).

How to reproduce

Enable 'Select a container for each new tab' on the Container Tabs setting
Open a new tab by clicking '+' beside a tab.

Reproducible?

I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
