[BUG] /home still a symlink to /usr/home for 14.0-RELEASE #670

When creating a new jail /home still a symlink to /usr/home for 14.0-RELEASE despite change in that release.

[MANDATORY] Bastille and FreeBSD version (paste bastille -v && freebsd-version -kru output)

[MANDATORY] How did you install bastille? (port/pkg/git)

Another FBSD 14 release issue. If we fix it for 14 do we break older jails and their functionality? i.e. a 13 jail running ON 14 base.

@bmac2 it is not really an issue (for me at least), just an asymmetry, I imagine some things might expect /home to not be a symlink on recent installs. And yes, bastille still creates /home as symlink to /usr/home
