If you access https://wordpress.com/email/[domain]/manage/[site-address] on a site with no purchased email or forward email, you'll see the upsell page with a back button. But the back button doesn't function as expected. It sends the user back to https://wordpress.com/email/[site-address]. The back button should either be hidden in this context or should take users to the correct page.
