ERROR: CInbox won't start if insufficient rights to create/write logfile. #12

When CInbox does not have the access rights to create/write at the given logfile position (folder/filename), it does not start. It also does not throw an error (because the logging mechanism ain't "up" yet).

TODO:
Catch this.

This issue affects all currently released versions.
