[Bug] no need to call usage and limits on self hosted

Bug Description

Hello,

My appflowy make request to usage-and-limit from my workspace, but as I'm self hosted, it's useless.

And it throw error often.

How to Reproduce

Being selfhosted
look your logs

Expected Behavior

No call should be done,

instead, I have this in the logs
