I believe you opened this on the wrong PR, but regardless, the issue was on our end actually related to a URL that changed that broke our mirror status checker. Some more details are in our chat starting at https://chat.almalinux.org/almalinux/pl/hh5dzz853bf6xx5ohuegth85sy

Your mirror is in the mirrorlist now.
