Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'd like Thorium to follow the main theme in incognito mode. In particular, I'd like to use the light theme in incognito mode.
Similar behavior is described in ungoogled-software/ungoogled-chromium#1928.

Describe the solution you'd like, including relevant patches or source
Import patch ungoogled-software/ungoogled-chromium#1969.
