Thank you for your generosity producing a not-evil fork of chromium. I don't know what will happen with adblocking with the evil rewrites of v3 manifest but I trust people like you will be at the forefront protecting us. Does Pirvaxy (Privoxy) stand a chance of a come-back? I'm not sure which I like better ungoogled-chromium or thorium, but much love all the same.

I guess in regards to V3, several people (not just Alex) could try to get together and write a platform that could act as a flexible (software) layer disallowing ad-attacks, such as via the evil manifest 3. I don't think this is solely up to thorium, and I am also not sure how much time Alex could invest, considering that the whole browser is so much more than merely the question over as to whether Google can abuse people and force them to see ads, as opposed to everything else people may use a browser these days. The browser is kind of the central entry point to information for almost everything nowadays. Just look how much time people spend on their smartphones, including on the streets, transportation etc...
