Color changing buttons icons with chrome theme

It will be awesome if Thorium adds a feature or flag which will change the color of buttons icons like back, forward, home, extension, etc. It will allow user to use themes precisely. And user will have new exterience with the buttons color as they always be grey and blue (which are permanent). Maybe if you would like it, you can make it compatible with TH23 flag.
