ALT+Tab creating duplicates window tabs

System Details

• OS: [e.g. Ubuntu 22.04, Windows 7, 8.1, 10, 11]

Problem
ALT + Tabbing when having 2 separate Thorium windows (one playing a Youtube video in full screen) and possibly playing a fullscreen game, causes the duplication of tab windows when going back and forth between them.

This happens to me alot when i have a youtube video playing in fullscreen on 1 monitor
On the other monitor i have another seperate thorium window open as well as a fullscreen video game (Destiny 2 in the screenshot above but it happens with all other games i play as well.)
I have not done indepth testing but whenever i Alt + Tab between the full screen video and the fullscreen video game the tabs will start to duplicate
If i try to delete the extra they do not go away (please see the second screenshot)
Ending the Thorium process in task manager does not fix this either
A restart of the computer fixes all the issues though
