  • OS: Windows 10
  • Thorium Version 128.0.6613.189

Neat Download Manager is a download manager similar to IDM. Its extension incorporates a media downloader for videos, including streams like Twitch. However, it does not display this overlay.

Additional Notes
Using the same extension in Chromium works perfectly. This problem started in the recent update.
I removed the extension, reinstalled it, created a new profile, and still nothing.
